⭐ Woke up to this little star this morning
Recently, I’ve shared LOTS of free value, and in return, I asked you to actively engage, support one another, and take your check-ins seriously. And many of you have actually done just that. And... as a result, we’ve moved up from 34th to 29th place in the “self-improvement” category on Skool. The top 30. That means I’m now among the top 1% of community builders on the platform, what a huge dopamine hit this morning when I woke up to see the star emoji. But let's be real... that badge is just as much yours as it is mine. Every like, comment, check-in pushes us up. Which means more people with ADHD can now find this place and get the help they need. You're all incredible. Thank you. 🙏

Ok peeps, I’m gonna break the ice and add my video. Hope that it gives you confidence to do the same! I know how hard it is to get behind the camera, but it gets easier the more you do it :) @Jim Ebbelaar feel free to edit it however you like 🤓

Day 3
Day 3 ✅ Done! ⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: I think this is multifaceted: "You can't make a living from art, you have to get a real job and stick to one thing." 📍 Where it came from: High school councilor. ✨ My new code: "I am financially successful in my art career doing everything I enjoy doing." 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who follows my ideas and sees them through to the end" 💪 Debugging in progress...: Focus on the things that bring me joy and make time disappear.

@Eric Omand thank you :) in all honesty, I really wouldn’t know where to start and find the competitions that would suit. And then I’d probably get overwhelmed by it all and back out at the last minute 😅 Hence why I am here to learn how to finish things and not freak out 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Gail Coleman Thank you!
What kind of music do you listen to when you need to focus? 🎧
Drop in the comments below. I will use this as inspiration for new music in the Harmony AI Platform.

When I really need to focus, it's Mozart and classical music. When I need to really get physical things done, it's Linkin Park.

@Martin Hunt Beautiful! I am off to the Linkin Park concert tonight! They capture emotion so well in their songs. 💚
Better sleep
Thought I would share a tip that I've found for better sleep if you are sensitive to sound. I used to wake up all through the night to every little sound. I invested in some Loop earplugs and now sleep like a baby. I use them every night and especially if I go camping. You can even get ones you can wear to concerts and places where there is a lot of noise and you can still hear everything and talk, they just lower the decibels. They look super cool and fit so nicely in your ear and I am also a side sleeper and they don't bother me. I am super sensitive to noise and these have changed everything for me. I recommend them to everyone!💖 There are heaps to choose from, so I use Quiet2 for sleep (they are completely rubber so good for side sleeping). I also have the Experience2 for when I’m out or I need a backup for sleeping. You can also put a little plugs in them to decrease the decibel level that can get in.

@Cindy Mason you can buy extra small ear buds that you can put on the loop ear plugs. They come with a range of different sizes :)
