@Alyssa Furukawa I don't attend many dinner parties, but GLPs are a hot topic at our dinner table at home! ๐Ÿ˜… Both my husband and I have been experimenting with microdosing for some time now with different goals in mind. He is also an avid cyclist, so he's always training for some road or mountain biking event and trying to raise his FTP for endurance performance. My main goal is to build lean muscle mass.

@Liane Higa Ok so I gave it a try. I started with 5 minutes and found I needed to focus to not accidentally swallow it! I loved the way it made my mouth feel, so I will definitely keep at it! Thank you for introducing me to this practice!
