@Dawn Mae Atchison You know, this past year, I parted ways with my in-person trainer (Strength training) and decided to pause with my online nutrition coach but in the meantime, I gained a therapist ....and I'm feeling lighter and stronger in a more accelerated fashion! Go figure haha!

I spent the last hour trying to work while my husband talked to me about sending texts, emails, the kids schedules and I felt my BP rising. Choosing to take a breath and tell myself to slow down and that IT IS OK. I appreciate you guys so much

@Michele Hunt Also, try doing either one extra set on the left or 3 extra reps on the left (not both); stick to the 15 lbs like you have been and we'll go from there!
