Knee stiffness ?
I work as an electrician and over the past few weeks I’ve been working a lot on my knees. I use knee pads, but I’m now feeling stiffness in my knees when I have my legs in that sitting position. Are there any exercises to help loosen up this problem?

journal 02/02-26
First training session after one week off due to illness. Today’s workout was DE lower and light/heavy effort upper. I have to say that training is medicine for the brain—and more than that, this community has helped my knowledge and training grow. I’m truly grateful for it.

"Hi everyone, I’m 19 years old and currently working on a construction site while also training MMA occasionally. My main goal is to stay athletic, strong, and capable for everyday life demands. Do you think the condensed conjugate method would be a good fit for someone like me, given my age, work environment, and side training in MMA?" Getting more accustomed to this, starting to go down easier. Knees still not feeling great. Power walk, didn’t push into a run. Felt good.
