Update
On 19 Feb 2025, I was diagnosed with Autism, which at 64 years old explains a lot about my not fitting in. Also, I received a backpack for my birthday called an Oakley Kitchen Sink. It amazing. So, I purchased a 20lb backpack weight to go in the laptop bay. Yesterday, I did my first weighted walk (6km), and I loved it.

I’m completely smashed from BJJ this morning. Parts of my body aren’t working properly ATM. No live broadcast but here’s your work for the day: 50 squats 50 push ups 50 sit ups 50 hip hinges.

Way to go - "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you."
A Clip About The Shift In Military Culture
This is a clip from one of my recent live broadcasts. Pete Hegseth is saying out loud what most have been saying for years: Standards are standards, and they shouldn't be tampered with for political gain. This will make a lot of people prickly but that's the point. Curious to hear your thoughts. Should we change our standards to allow for more inclusion?

Great topic - I agree with a Fitness Standard assigned to each occupation that is administered completely fairly and impartially, not showing bias or preference towards anyone, regardless of age, sex, ethnicity, religion, or any other excuse someone might create to stir up trouble. Death is a great equalizer - until then let’s be choosy.
2 Week Progress
The goal of this months carnivore challenge is to smash through some limiting beliefs and start getting lean. The bigger picture for me is that this is in line with my goal of doing my first BJJ comp in April and get down to 10% BF by the end of the year. Things are going well. Down 9lbs and 3 inches from my waist. No time to let up. I’ve got 13 more pounds to make weight for my comp. How are you doing with your weight loss goals so far?

Great to learn how things are going on the carnivore diet. Although I am not participating in that particular challenge, I am loosing weight by exercising and eating right. I'm currently at 186.4 lbs, which is the lowest I have been in many decades.
