Update
On 19 Feb 2025, I was diagnosed with Autism, which at 64 years old explains a lot about my not fitting in.
Also, I received a backpack for my birthday called an Oakley Kitchen Sink. It amazing. So, I purchased a 20lb backpack weight to go in the laptop bay. Yesterday, I did my first weighted walk (6km), and I loved it.
