2 Week Progress
The goal of this months carnivore challenge is to smash through some limiting beliefs and start getting lean.
The bigger picture for me is that this is in line with my goal of doing my first BJJ comp in April and get down to 10% BF by the end of the year.
Things are going well. Down 9lbs and 3 inches from my waist.
No time to let up. I’ve got 13 more pounds to make weight for my comp.
