BE.A.S.T. Coaching Hour is happening in 3 days
I'm Back!
Spent the week travelling and hanging out with Tim from Gruntstyle. What an experience. We chatted, in-depth about the veteran health crisis in our countries on his American Grit Podcast. Nothing was off the table - suicide, cancer, obesity, ozempic use, Justin Trudeau. We hit it all. Can't wait to share it all with you in the coming weeks. Back to our regularly scheduled fitness and health content next week. THFE
I'm Back!
2 Week Progress
The goal of this months carnivore challenge is to smash through some limiting beliefs and start getting lean. The bigger picture for me is that this is in line with my goal of doing my first BJJ comp in April and get down to 10% BF by the end of the year. Things are going well. Down 9lbs and 3 inches from my waist. No time to let up. I’ve got 13 more pounds to make weight for my comp. How are you doing with your weight loss goals so far?

Mark's Insane Transformation
Mark and I served in the same unit together. After he retired, we lost touch for a few years until we bumped into each other at a café. I had just started online coaching and had this new program called, The BE.A.S.T. for veterans. He was struggling with weight gain, chronic pain and low energy. I proposed he try my program and he said "SURE!" 90 days later, Mark had lost 25lbs, removed BIG Pharma from his life, improved his asthma, fixed his dead shoulder issue and ran a half marathon! Mark isn't any different than any of you. He works hard, takes care of those he loves and isn't a super athlete or has zen yoga warrior powers. He's a regular guy, that got amazing results by following a straigh forward plan and being consistent with it. IF you're sick and tired of being sick and tired (yes, being fat is a disease), then you should learn more about my BE.A.S.T Body Blueprint Program for veterans. I track my body weight along with my blood pressure daily. I started at 282 and today am 254. Dave told me I would break 250 and I didn't think it would be possible. Well, I am well on my way there! Intermittent fasting, getting WAY more sleep, walking every day. I stopped eating poison. Motivate motivate motivate!
