Jump rope! I love this and it tends to give me foot pain but I have found that if I temper my sets to 1 minute, rest, 1 minute, rest...I can do this with no long term problems.

Protein is my focus and I gave my clients a protein focus for a month. It shined a light on their nutrition and it was revealing.

I love them all! The explosive exercises are so fun and feel so good with a satisfying finish! I chose the jump because that is one that I have a visceral seemingly inner fear of so I make it happen!
