Day 4/21
Not feeling good, I have a little cold but I still managed to work out today (I did Rita’s workout but only 3 sets each instead of 4) And I definitely got in all my water intake. I tried to eat all my protein today but didn’t have an appetite so I made a protein pasta for lunch with top sirloin and chicken sausage from Whole Foods.

cardio + leg day, diet cleaner, water intake up!
Day 3/21
I had to do a home workout today because I’m not feeling well. I’m hoping I don’t have the flu or anything severe and that I just need rest. I drank plenty of water to try to feel better and tried to get in all my protein but it was rough.
