day 8/9✅being more conscience of my food intake & workouts/water in!! Day 11 - long day, short on protein & missed workout but back at it tmrw!!!

I was feeling lazy and wanting to skip the gym bc of the weather but @Steph Sham persuaded me! I did the Pilates class and felt so much better! 🙏 Hit my protein and water goal ✅

-Workouts (minus 1)✅ -Water ✅ -Diet - hitting the protein goal but trying to limit the amount of fat 😭
Day 4/21
It’s super cold so I don’t want to take my baby out of the house, I’m going to do a home workout today- might do the one that was posted yesterday since I haven’t tried it! Drank protein; prepping lunch and dinner 💕 Daily weigh-in done!
