Day 4/21
Not feeling good, I have a little cold but I still managed to work out today (I did Rita’s workout but only 3 sets each instead of 4) And I definitely got in all my water intake. I tried to eat all my protein today but didn’t have an appetite so I made a protein pasta for lunch with top sirloin and chicken sausage from Whole Foods.
