Blueprint Week 3
The pattern I noticed this week: I found out via the new AI tool and the 9 questions that I give to everybody else what I most need myself. My work as a body therapist, and my life as a mom, wife, friend, you name it, all evolve around letting other people know that they are enough and that whatever they feel is okay. But at the same time I’ve felt wrong, misunderstood and not enough all my life. What changed when I named it: BIG realization!!! Since being diagnosed last fall at age 56 I have been dreaming of finding a new job where I don’t work with personal development. My motivation simply disappeared from one day to the next… and now I know why - I can’t keep giving to people what I’ve been missing for so long. It’s time I give myself all that and learn that I’m enough! Now’s me-time 🥰

What's up, ADHD Harmony fam! I'm looking for 10 beta testers to try our brand new free AI-powered onboarding experience. We've built a powerful new assessments that will become the starting point for everyone doing the 5-Day Challenge going forward. What you'll be testing: 1. Your ADHD Snapshot (~25 min) 9 deep questions across three dimensions: Your ADHD Story, The Hidden Cost, and Why You're Here Now. At the end, our AI generates a personalized portrait of your ADHD experience. 2. The ADHD Awakening Assessment (~45 min) 15 questions that go even deeper across five dimensions: The Truth About Your Brain, Your Invisible Identity Cage, Rewriting Your Internal Code, The Harmony Reset, and Your Path Forward. This one maps out where you actually are right now: your patterns, your strengths, your limiting beliefs, and what your ideal life actually looks like. You'll get a full AI-generated psychological portrait that connects all the dots. This is the same assessment as the previous 5-Day Challenge, but potentially even richer since it uses the new ADHD snapshot assessment as extra context. You'll be doing this on the new Harmony AI platform, the same environment our paid program members use. You'll have access to the two worksheets only, not the other features. @Raven Payne I had the same reactions from taking Elvanse. So I told my psychiatrist and was put on another medication that works and doesn’t effect my nervous system negatively. Maybe talk to your psychiatrist/doctor about it?

I just got this tip this week and tried it!!! I loved it!!!! Anyone else waking up without there phone in the first hour of the day?? I felt more calm and enjoyed geting ready for the day!
