After 1 hour milk coffee with stevia
I woke up late ,so breakfast is heavy for me I take my lunch very light
Apple ๐ŸŽ and orange ๐ŸŠ
1 hour walk with my baby in park โค๏ธ
Now a days Dubaiโ€™s weather is so good so i prefer outside walk with my baby and he also enjoys it a lot ๐Ÿ˜
But I will try to go for gym atleast for 3 days a week inshaAllah
