⭐ Woke up to this little star this morning
Recently, I’ve shared LOTS of free value, and in return, I asked you to actively engage, support one another, and take your check-ins seriously. And many of you have actually done just that. And... as a result, we’ve moved up from 34th to 29th place in the “self-improvement” category on Skool. The top 30. That means I’m now among the top 1% of community builders on the platform, what a huge dopamine hit this morning when I woke up to see the star emoji. But let's be real... that badge is just as much yours as it is mine. Every like, comment, check-in pushes us up. Which means more people with ADHD can now find this place and get the help they need. You're all incredible. Thank you. 🙏

@Esther Lindsey @Marlene Pooley I hear you on the open tabs. I recently started closing them in my browsers, asking myself - do I really need this open and let it consume my PCs memory and impact its performance? Whatever I think I will need in the future I just bookmark/save in a reference file. 'Letting go' this way does wonders for a quick dopamine boost. Next step is to start doing the same to the tabs in my brain! 😜
Systems consistency…
How do you stop good systems from evaporating overnight? I’m realising one of my biggest ADHD struggles isn’t finding systems, it’s remembering they exist the next day. I’ll set something up that actually works (planner, habit tracker, morning plan, filing system). Day 1 is great. Then I wake up on Day 2 and… 💨 poof… it’s not even in my awareness. It doesn’t occur to me to use it. Weeks later I bump into it again and think, “oh yeah, that was a great idea” …I’ll pick it up again and then next day… poof💨! Recently I’ve started using a tiny stack of cards I keep in my pocket with one thing per card (shower, supplements, kitchen reset, etc.), and that’s helping a bit because it physically lives on me. I’m curious: • Do you have one thing that helps your systems stay visible from one day to the next? • Where do you park reminders so your future ADHD brain actually sees them? • Extra love for ideas that still work when you’re tired / emotional / overwhelmed, not just on “good brain” days. 💛 Would love very practical “this is what I literally do” answers.

@Corinne Clements @Sisse Plesner That is correct.
Day 4 ✅ Done!
📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Physical 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: dimming down the lights really helps me prepare for sleep 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: breakfast makes me feel heavy at times 🔁 I decided to close my open loop: [because] its been stretching too long 💭 And it made me feel: [body/emotion impact] lighter 🤯 What surprised me: [insight about your biology / nervous system] keeping the phone away helps with not getting distracted and helps conserve energy

@Tracy Weiss You're welcome! Yeah - been trying to cut down on the carbs. I have tried IF in the past and it has worked wonders for me as well. Need to get back to that.
Hello folks! 👋🏼
I'm an Engineer and an Explorer, originally from New Delhi. My general inclination towards self discovery is what lead me to join this community. As we all know, internet is filled with bad life advice/half truths from misdirected individuals or pure malice. I believe it's easier to debug yourself with like minded individuals in an honest setting, think of it like a fiduciary duty which is easier to maintain due to no conflict of interests over joining some Sigma grindset 😅 In my life, I've accomplished a fair bit of travels, intentful relocations for my career and personal growth. Mainly: - January 2017: Moved to Bangalore to be in the Indian Tech scene. - November 2018: Moved to Galway, Ireland to work for a tech Startup I believed would hit Unicorn status in next 5 years. There was also Bensheim, Germany with my current employer but that was more of a corporate role and not aligned with my growth mindset. - August 2021-2023: Travelled all across the Republic of Ireland on my motorbike. - September 2022: Did a solo EuroTrip on my motorbike across 6 countries, spanning 5000+ KMs roundtrip. - November 2025: Moved to Dublin to be in the middle of the Irish Tech scene. As for my career: My path in technology has always been guided by a simple principle: when I see something interesting, I dive in to understand how it works. This curiosity took me from teaching myself PHP in high school (2008), building my first software products (solo startup) to pursuing advanced online coursework from MITx and Stanford during my university years which really shaped me as an engineer. My "professional" career began in 2017 at FICO, where I proactively transitioned from an intern to the team's first full-stack developer and delivered their next generation AML, KYC and Embargo solution; receiving a spot award for the same. My research into complex data visualization challenges later led me to my next role at Siren, where I contributed to their platform and built lasting professional relationships across Europe.

@Varun Sharma welcome to the jungle! Loved your perspective, especially the BFS algo analogy (I'm a techie too). You obviously love travelling, wish you a happy journey on your path to self discovery!
