Jump rope
Hi Russ, I hope your well? Have you any idea how I can start to jump rope again without risk of major injury ect. It's something I used to do and I enjoy but would need to tread carefully I guess and warm up? Cheers.

Love it! I use skipping a fair bit as its a fantastic exercise for cardio, and its an impact exercise bouncing on balls of feet etc. A bit of a warm up would be a good idea. Building up from just a little bit would be the best idea for avoiding injuries. Just building tolerance. Start with a couple of minutes and build up I'd suggest
Every little bit helps
I was feeling like my body was fighting sickness yesterday so I just did the evening 15 stretch on maintenance following what Russ says that consistency is key. It was just what I needed!
