Here's the link. I think this is a tough one but lots of levels. As usual, work to a level that challenges you but you can maintain form and control. Rest if you need to, usually form starts to break down or other things start to feel it. Do less reps, or smaller range of motion if needed. May want a block for this one if you struggling with hips.
