☕ Coffee Morning With Friends, AND A Special Collab! 🚀
HELLO JAM COMMUNITY… it’s finally happening! @Arthur Maddocks-Brown and I have been talking about doing a collab for months, literally months. But between life, work, and the general chaos of existing, we just never quite managed to make it happen… UNTIL NOW. 👉 Tomorrow’s Coffee Morning is going to be a joint community session... YES, two communities on one call for catch-ups, silly chats, and probably a bit of chaos (in the best way). 😎 Just Another Moment & The Success Journey! Why are we doing this? ✨ Arthur’s awesome, I’m… okay, I guess. 😆 ✨ There are elements of both of our communities that work so well together. It just makes sense. ✨ This is part of a bigger plan (details coming soon 👀). We kept putting it off, but the end of Q1 is creeping up fast, and it’s time to start making things happen. So grab a tea, coffee (or whatever fuels you), and join us as we finally kick off this project! 🚀 💬 Drop a message if you’re in, and we’ll see you there! 👇

🌏 First Time in Australia: Facing Fears & Flying Planes?! ✈️
Since I was a kid, I’d dreamed of going to Australia, but money and health always got in the way. At the start of 2024, I decided this was the year. My health was in a good place, and I didn’t want to risk waiting in case things took a turn. Two weeks later, I was on my first long-haul flight, heading off on my biggest solo adventure yet. I spent my time in Perth and a tiny island called Malloy Island, soaking in the beauty of Australia while unknowingly ticking off multiple bucket list goals: ✅ Leave Europe for the first time – Straight to Australia! ✅ Fly a plane – Yes, really. More on that below. 😅 ✅ Swim and stroke stingrays – Majestic, slightly terrifying, 10/10 would do again. ✅ Catch a fish – Or six. Who knew I had hidden fishing skills? 🎣 The most unexpected? Flying a plane. A casual suggestion from my friend: “Wanna fly my plane at sunset?” Me: ”…Obviously, yes.” Now, this wasn’t just any plane. It was one he had repaired after it had broken (which, in hindsight, I probably should have questioned more). So there I was, in a tiny, slightly sketchy flying tin can, soaring over the Australian coastline at sunset. Absolutely breathtaking. Absolutely terrifying. And in that moment, I realised… I really don’t enjoy being in control of an aircraft. 🚀😂 But I came back from that trip proud, not just for the things I did, but for proving to myself that I can travel the world now. No more waiting, no more “one day.” I’m healthy enough to go after it, and that’s exactly what I plan to do. 💫 Would you ever fly a tiny plane like that, or is that a hard pass for you? 👀✈️

Catch The Thought Challenge 💬
So recently I accepted a promotion, after weeks of deciding if I wanted to go back into saas leadership or not... It was a hard decision for me because previously when I've been in this position it was during my worst health crisis and I still have PTSD I'm working through. It's a job I love but it's a lot of responsibility, and it causes a lot of anxiety... Can I do this and launch my own business? Am I even able to take this company to the next level? blah blah blah, negative thought after negative thought. 💔 So I wanted to put a challenge in place for myself and you. Let's start catching on those limiting beliefs! For the next 24 hours, pay close attention to any negative or doubtful thoughts you have about yourself. Every time you notice one, write it down in a note on your phone or in a journal. 👉 At the end of the day, review your list and ask yourself: - Is this thought 100% true, or is it just a fear? - If my best friend had this thought, what would I tell them? 💬 Share: Drop one belief you caught in the comments and how you would reframe it into something empowering! 💡

The Self-Worth Bank 💰
Each month I create a week of challenges for my community, quick 10-minute activities to ensure you pause and think about yourself in this busy busy world. 🥳 This week’s challenges are all around boosting self-worth. The "Self-Worth Bank," a fun and easy way to remind yourself that you are already worthy, no achievements required. 💭 Think about it: When was the last time you truly appreciated yourself for who you are, not just what you do? 🎯 Your Challenges 🎯 ✅ Step 1: List 5 things that make you awesome (no achievements needed!) ✅ Step 2: Recall a moment when you felt truly confident, big or small! ✅ Step 3: Share ONE thing from your vault in a post! Would love to find out more about you all and get to know you 🫶

this is an awesome idea! it's important to stop and acknowledge the way you've come so far. 🌷 what makes me awesome is that I don't think there's a challenge 'too big' - my approach is 'everything is doable' & something like 'the world is my oyster'
Quick activity for Monday blues!
Last week in my community we had 'Dream Big Week', I created 3 challenges, and although the ultimate goal was to help us set big goals for the year a lot of the challenges focused on little moments of joy. I found focusing on the little things quite enlightening because as I'm getting busier with business things (which do make me happy) I'm not spending time on other things as much. Life is about balance, right? So moving forward I'm consciously adding bits from this task to my week! I thought I'd share the task here in case anyone wants to start Monday with a smile! I'd love to know what's something little that makes you happy 😊🌻 Set a timer for 7 minutes and jot down a list of things that make you smile... no matter how big or small. It could be as simple as sipping your favorite tea, dancing when no one's watching, or talking to a friend. 💖 - What brings you joy in my day-to-day life? - If I could do anything right now what would it be? - The goal is to write as many things as possible, don't question what comes up. No matter how big, small, silly or random it is, just get it written down.
