Going on a fishing charter 2. 3. Right now I am feeling? --> why do you feel this way? Calm , on vacation 4. What are three things that went well for you today? Replied to several emails for clients. Rl engaged in Skool. Lined up a service tech. 5. Who is someone I am grateful for and why? Besides my wife and family. My contractor friend who helps when I need an extra hand 6. What kind act will you do for somebody this week? I have the waitress an extra $50 tip Monday. It was her first week and I could tell she was struggling. Future: help a contractor estimate a job 7. What went well for you today & why did it go well? On vacation sooo… 8. What made you feel happy today? On vacation lol 9. What did you LOVE about today? My wife’s on the beach. And I’m going to paint a painting soon 10. What are you looking forward to most this week? Getting home and getting back to work. 11. What are your challenges this week? --> What can you do to overcome these challenges? Building Skool. I’m bringing on an admin to help. 12. What mental fitness and physical fitness activity goals do you have this week? --> How long will you train / practice? Reading a non work book. Gym time 3 days.
