So recently I accepted a promotion, after weeks of deciding if I wanted to go back into saas leadership or not... It was a hard decision for me because previously when I've been in this position it was during my worst health crisis and I still have PTSD I'm working through. It's a job I love but it's a lot of responsibility, and it causes a lot of anxiety...
Can I do this and launch my own business? Am I even able to take this company to the next level? blah blah blah, negative thought after negative thought. ๐Ÿ’”
So I wanted to put a challenge in place for myself and you. Let's start catching on those limiting beliefs!
For the next 24 hours, pay close attention to any negative or doubtful thoughts you have about yourself.
Every time you notice one, write it down in a note on your phone or in a journal.
๐Ÿ‘‰ At the end of the day, review your list and ask yourself:
  • Is this thought 100% true, or is it just a fear?
  • If my best friend had this thought, what would I tell them?
