Ah yes Laura, so true. I find, like you Kalyn, I can go for a walk in the woods and talk to myself. Literally clear the air with what is really going on with me. I ask myself questions about what is actually bothering me, because it usually has nothing to do with the external cause. It's an internal emotional trigger. I can come back with more clarity

Learn this foundational yoga posture to enhance your core strength. Try it when you’re out on your walk. Modifications are given to meet all levels: • against a tree • on all fours • extended plank on ground • plank on ground + raising arm or leg Main priorities: Alignment, active core muscles & breathing all throughout. Yes you are right, core strength is foundational. I didn't realize how much more practice I need. I like the extended plank on the ground, a challenge for sure

Yes I did this morning on my run. It has been very hot here for weeks with little to no rain. Last night we had a good "shower" and this morning the birds were signing like I haven't heard in a long time. They know the rain was needed, and they were talking about it. Very peaceful to hear
