Tuesday Subtleties
Today on your walk, draw your attention inwards. To your core. Notice the quiet strength in your core as it keeps you upright. Intentionally engage your core muscles. Hold yourself a bit straighter and taller. You can even take a quiet moment for reflection or contemplation, taking mountain pose. Engaging your core muscles whilst out walking contributes to strengthening them. (mornings here are cool and dark, but once the sun is out, it's warm!) Best for your Tuesday 🌻

Soulful Sunday
Hello, lovely ones. I took the day off - except for this moment- to be with my family. It was nice! I'll share a video i released on my YouTube channel, in the event it calls your attention to watch. It's part of my journey of embracing a healthier and happier lifestyle- alcohol -free. Be well!

Saturate Your Mind Saturday
Less screen, more green! Did you know that the presence of nature, even in urban parks or gardens, has been found to reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. It provides a cognitive break from "directed attention fatigue" and restores your ability to focus. ⭐ Directed attention fatigue is a state of mental exhaustion resulting from the overuse of the brain's ability to maintain focus by suppressing distractions. After reading this 😉, switch off your screen and find you some green! Best for your day!

Friday Feel-Good
Ah, sigh. As you step outside, even from your vehicle to the Open Air, or opening your front door- wherever it may be, take a deep inhale, and as you do, smile. Smile, feel-good in the moment, and exhale that which is not useful. Adding moments of lightness and slight smiles, can change your next move. Feeling a little lighter and a little merrier, knowing that all you need, is within. Go on, enjoy a feel-good Friday, starting with a mindful smiley moment! 🌻
