Day 12 daily practice complete
I notice during this practice I became emotional and tears really start flowing when he said what do you want others to feel from you and my response was safe I am truly becoming that person I always Looked for as a child growing up, I just wanted to feel safe to feel protected to feel love to feel supported and I notice that I create a safe space for myself and others to just be our true authentic selves judgement free I could ave turned out anyway and became a product of my environment yet I’m choosing to heal and break generational curses This practice is allowing me to fully connected with my being through breath and I love it Lets Heal 4Real Letsss gooooo 💚✨

Is this a lot?
So my Daily morning routine right now is Thank you to higher self & god Breath work win h. Of -40 minutes Write down 5 things. Grateful for I am affirmations (worthiness) Wayne Dyer Ah meditation -25 mins Qi gong - 12 Minutes EFT tapping -5 mins Now I am the voice - Tony Robbin’s (10 minutes) Now I haven’t added the daily practice but could it be done in the evening? My question is am I doing too much? Personally it’s been a routine and I’m use to it as of now. Do I feel Ike it’s too much tbh I don’t know. I personally don’t like to entails self on the phone so it keeps me busy in the morning. Just wanted some thoughts on this

@Chanu Vasantharajah I practice Gigong aswell Test it out and see how it goes, , I think you will benefit much from it It’s only 7 minutes and your body can do a lot in that lil time 💚✨😁
What a ride aka day 16
If I wasn’t posting on a daily I would loose track. In a post when I first joined and even from my last post people keep reminding me that I am doing the work. I often forget and not give myself credit for the progress I’ve made. I also am pleasantly surprised when I read older journals. 😹😹😻😻 Also just a little ways back the statement was made to focus on progress not perfection and I thought I was. I realized today that one possible reason I was struggling on day one of the workshop was I wanted perfection. I struggled in wandering as well as dealing with what was coming up. In the daily practice there’s not enough time for me to fight with myself. It’s long enough to deal with 1-2 things that come up and release it. It’s as if they are prep work for a full session. After one week I was not ready for what was coming up. Now that I have an idea I plan to do a full session next week. One of my favorite quotes is from Mike Tyson, “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face” 😹😹😹 I pray that we all remember that as we are planning our next adventure as well as seeking progress over perfection and just have a PHenomenally Sweet time! What am I doing to myself aka day 19
I’ve been limited in my movement for almost 6 months and almost 4 weeks ago I started to move more. A week later I came across Soma+IQ and without hesitation I signed up for the workshop. As a matter of fact I didn’t watch the entire ad😹 Fast forward a little bit, I came across a 21 day stretching challenge and again I’m all in because why not. Like I said limited movement. I should have said little to no movement and lots of time on the couch so I know that need this. Now go a day before that challenge starts and I get an email for a women’s organization inviting me to a challenge that starts the next day🤷🏽‍♀️. It’s call Collaboration Over Competition. WHAAAAT! That’s right up my ally. In real estate it’s so important to have partnerships. The catalyst for the “movement’ I needed started with a breathe!💜 I pray that whenever we’re going through a challenging time and/or feeling like we’re “broken, flawed or whatever” that we remember to tell ourselves I’M NOT BROKEN(insert what applies) I’M STUCK!!! Much Love and Many Blessings

Finding Stillness Amid Chaos
Today, the beach taught me something profound. As I stood in a magical spot—on a sandbar that only exists sometimes—nature revealed its wisdom. But my favorite place is the stilling basin behind the jetties. It's where waves collide from five or six directions, creating a chaotic dance. In the midst of this swirling energy, I chose stillness. I let the chaos flow around me, grounding myself in the sand. And I realized—the stiller I became, the less the chaos touched me. Its power diminished as my grounding grew stronger. This felt like a mirror to life. In the face of turbulence, we can learn to stand firm, allowing the chaos to pass by without being pulled in. The deeper our roots, the freer we become.

Wow this is so kool Since I’m near a beach for the next couple of days I will test this out I will find a hood spot and just become still and allow the chaos around me to flow , just being present Omgness this sounds so peaceful and balance & centered Thank you for the idea Goddess , I can even test this out when I head back to the airport and just find stillness in the mist of chaos Ohhhhh Eyem all excited, 💚✨😁
