is it a lot, I wouldn’t say so but it does roughly 1:30 -2 hrs. I do it simply cause I don’t want to be scrolling in the phone and be distracted so having a good routine that keeps me focused is ideal. I’ll figure how to do the soma breath work in to my day I’m sure you can practice at any point of day. I do have a lot of time in my day is I try to fill up with things I can do. :) But now I’m adding thing am I doing too much and adding. Stress? I guess maybe having blocks of time can help complete these tasks with ease. I’ll figure something out :)
Hello here’s my story
Hello, my name is Chanu (Saw knew) is. How your pronounce it. I’ve known Breathwork for some time and its importance, somatic is a bit newer to hear. So here’s why I’m am here, I’ve attended the the 3 day workshop and the thing they caught my attention was Tara’s & stress release. I got fully paralyzed back in March of 2020, it was a gradual paralysis whxi hatted back in end of nov of 2019. Im now walking with a walker but still have pain all throughout the body and balance wl issues. I was told that this paralysis was assisted with this condition I’m dealing with KSS - as that was what the doctor was saying after many checkup ms and blood works was done. Personally I don’t believe that, because they couldn’t find anything they just said it’s related to this condition that you are dealing with. I was diagnosed with KSS back in Jan of 2018. I was doing everything going to university, playing basketball, and going to the gym. Then all of of sudden this paralysis started and by March of 2020 I was bed bound from March 58@ June 17 - simply cause of Covid. I do believe thisnparaltsis had to do with trauma and stress built up.

@Ms. Kookie Boston thanks! I’m very optimistic :) day 1 haven’t started and or unlocked the daily somatic so will see where that goes. If you are talking about the workshop that just went by it was good gaining that knowledge. Did I feel anything with Breathwork not so much but that dosent mean it won’t work if it has helped many.

Enter the unknown
We must fearlessly enter the unknown. Even if it’s scary or we don’t know what will happen. That first step is the scariest, the subsequent ones become less scary. When I transitioned from working a 9 to 5 job as an engineer to helping guide people to heal themselves. That initial step was scary. However for a long time I only listened to my logical mind that it didn’t make sense to make that next step. That fear kept me in the same place for a long time. It was only until I made that first step, I started to fail. With each step I knew which was a failing step and a which was a successful step. I kept making those steps. Now I am here helping free people from mental and physical conditions that seem impossible to overcome. I am grateful for taking that first step and continuing to take steps even no matter how scary it may seem. Whatever you are afraid of doing, take that first step. It may just change your whole life.

Fear is one thing. That stops people from growing or reaching their potential! You gotta make fear your best friend haha.
