I am affirmations (worthiness)
Wayne Dyer Ah meditation -25 mins
Qi gong - 12 Minutes
EFT tapping -5 mins
Now I am the voice - Tony Robbin’s (10 minutes)
Now I haven’t added the daily practice but could it be done in the evening?
My question is am I doing too much? Personally it’s been a routine and I’m use to it as of now. Do I feel Ike it’s too much tbh I don’t know. I personally don’t like to entails self on the phone so it keeps me busy in the morning.
Just wanted some thoughts on this
