My name is Shamsa kanwal from Gujrat working as private school teacher from 8:30 am to 2:00pm .I am 25 ,5ft and 82 kg weight. I am unmarried.. I want to lose weight and feel more energetic.My biggest struggle is consistent and make a routine for myself.
