Use to be back or feet but I started adding band work for recovery . Works to strengthen the core as well as lower back. Wrap around toes with light band & tuck into my stomach. Better mobility & not more stiffness

Started outdoor workouts after runs . Way to touch some grass & build more of a sweat in the sun. Improves a lot of breathing techniques because of humidity

May be one of the few on this but it’s my sprinting & running on the wknds. Keeps endurance up @ an older age. As well as improve knee & ankle impact to keep up with younger clients

It’s been rest btwn workouts but sleeping has been priority . Need the body at full state of decompression to recover. Very much a trainer who tries to limit on too many supplements.
