Ever feel stuck, and can’t explain why?
Strange truth: most of us aren’t stuck for lack of tips—we’re stuck because of one hidden blocker. The three I see (and have lived) are: - Fog — you’re busy, but the next right step is blurry - Friction — systems everywhere, progress nowhere - Fear — quiet “what if I blow it?” that slows everything Quick game: drop 1, 2 or 3 in the comments. I’ll reply with a 60-second idea from my own scars that could move you forward today. If I can’t help, I hope someone else here will. Let’s build a thread that genuinely unsticks people who are ready to move.

Revised MDM help
I am trying to nail my messaging/offer for my audience and after some conversations with industry insiders and after digging into their pain and their wants I now came up with this refined my message. But first some updated background info for context: This audience are worried about where their next client/projects is going to come from after the one they are working on will finish (they working one at a time) and usually get new projects from referrals or from asking other partners for any spare projects which makes them feel unsecure and dependent. What they want is constant utilization of their staff and machines and avoid idle times between projects (which may even last several months..). So the new offer I came up with is: I help small industrial plant engineering companies implement a system that finds their next client for them in less than 30 days (…without dependencies, costly idle times, or additional overhead costs) and be constantly utilized. What do you think?

Hi Nick, Well done on getting this far with your MDM What do you think of these suggestions? 1. Analysis of your current Million-Dollar Message (MDM) WHO• You wrote: “small industrial plant engineering companies”• What’s working: clear niche.• Could pop more: shorten to everyday language the owners use (e.g., “boutique industrial engineering firms”). RESULT / PROMISE• You wrote: “a system that finds their next client for them”• What’s working: outcome-focused.• Could pop more: “books their next project” (more active) and hint at the mechanism so “system” feels real. TIMEFRAME• You wrote: “in less than 30 days”• What’s working: concrete, fast.• Could pop more: add a risk-reversal (“or you don’t pay”). OBJECTION-BUSTERS• You wrote: “without dependencies, costly idle times, or additional overhead costs”• What’s working: tackles key fears.• Could pop more: swap vague “dependencies” for “waiting on referrals” and note “no extra head-count.” BIGGER BENEFIT• You wrote: “and be constantly utilized”• What’s working: hits the utilization pain.• Could pop more: weave this into the main promise so it reads as one smooth sentence. 2. Three revised MDM options (same one-sentence format) Option 1 – “Book the next project”I help boutique industrial engineering firms install a done-for-you prospecting & deal-closing system that books their next client in under 30 days—without waiting on referrals, burning cash on idle machines, or hiring extra sales staff—so their people and equipment stay 90-100 % utilized year-round. Option 2 – “Fill the pipeline”I help small plant-design companies build a 30-day “always-full” pipeline system that lands their next contract fast—without expensive marketing agencies, long RFP cycles, or downtime—and keeps every workstation humming. Option 3 – Risk-reversal flavorI help specialist industrial engineering houses deploy a turn-key client-acquisition process guaranteed to secure a new project within 30 days—or you don’t pay (no reliance on referrals, no extra head-count, zero idle capacity).
Level Up Your Million Dollar Message using ChatGPT o3 – AMAZING RESULTS!
Hey GW's people!!! Just wanted to share something that’s honestly made a big difference for me. I’ve been working on tightening up my Million Dollar Message –that key statement that really sums up what we offer and why it matters – and I used ChatGPT o3 to help refine it. I recorded a video using an example from this group >>Watch Video<< Give it a watch if you’re stuck, or even if you just want to sharpen what you already have. Let me know what you think or drop your own message below with your questions and feedback! I know how it feels to FEEL STUCK, so just trying to add some value to help those who feel a little lost and frustrated. Don't be discouraged! P.S. If you’ve ever stared at your screen for hours trying to say what you really mean – this will help.

Simple Hack to get better support REALLY FAST!!
Hi everyone, This is a general post to help you get better support with GW's and any other coaching program that involves software. I’ve recorded a video showing how to do screen recordings for FREE inside your Chrome browser using a free Chrome extension. Watch the video here 👉 Watch Video If you’re facing any challenges, it’s much more effective to communicate your issues, bugs, or questions with a visual rather than relying on words alone via email. I’ve been using screen recordings for support tickets, and 99.99% of the time, I get excellent support. In fact, many support staff have told me how grateful they are for video explanations! When I first started doing this (before Loom existed), I used Mac’s native screen recording feature, uploaded the video to YouTube as unlisted, and then shared the link with support. I came up with this approach because it was incredibly frustrating going back and forth trying to explain things—especially when I wasn’t sure of the right jargon to use. This method saved me so much time and made getting help much easier. I take these little tips for granted, but I figured someone might find this useful. Hope it helps! 😊
CLIENT WIN 🥇🥇Sergio Sedas 🥇🥇
I want to share wins with you, this week I had a workshop in which I combined Step 1, Step 2 as a lead into Step 3 - through Step 1, and Step 2 - I got the leadership team really connected on a personal level, to take responsibility of their life and what they think, say and do, and be aware and overcome biases. That led to the exercise in Step 3 which is to transform your #1 Critical Problem into a Compelling High Value Possibility. They went through the steps - and in an hour they were able to find a way to recover 1.6 Million dollars - just from one client COOL! A second win, I had a sales call and I started with the ways in which we leave money on the table. ... which led into Highly Valued Leader and the 9 boxes. They came out very excited.
