I am trying to nail my messaging/offer for my audience and after some conversations with industry insiders and after digging into their pain and their wants I now came up with this refined my message.
But first some updated background info for context:
This audience are worried about where their next client/projects is going to come from after the one they are working on will finish (they working one at a time) and usually get new projects from referrals or from asking other partners for any spare projects which makes them feel unsecure and dependent.
What they want is constant utilization of their staff and machines and avoid idle times between projects (which may even last several months..).
So the new offer I came up with is:
I help small industrial plant engineering companies implement a system that finds their next client for them in less than 30 days (…without dependencies, costly idle times, or additional overhead costs) and be constantly utilized.
What do you think?
