Watch the video here 👉 Watch Video If you’re facing any challenges, it’s much more effective to communicate your issues, bugs, or questions with a visual rather than relying on words alone via email. I’ve been using screen recordings for support tickets, and 99.99% of the time, I get excellent support. In fact, many support staff have told me how grateful they are for video explanations!
When I first started doing this (before Loom existed), I used Mac’s native screen recording feature, uploaded the video to YouTube as unlisted, and then shared the link with support. I came up with this approach because it was incredibly frustrating going back and forth trying to explain things—especially when I wasn’t sure of the right jargon to use. This method saved me so much time and made getting help much easier.
