I PASSED the GW cert exam!
Thank you to all who supported me through this process, including my SOS metrics post and other posts where I workshopped course concepts and ideas. Special thanks to the following community mentors and members who offered specific input, grounded insights, and essential cheerleading: @Aaron Fletcher @Josh Clifford @Penny Chohaili @Tiffany DeRossett @Jason Pulliam @Istvan Toth @Joshua Dudgeon @Jon Giordano @Michel Mansour @Kishore Reddy Alla @Victor Mick @Ericka Scott @Adesola Adebayo @Valerie K Miller If I've missed anyone -- apologies, big hugs, and much gratitude! Now, off to spread the GW gospel. 😁

Congrats 🥳 🙌🏻
MDM Feedback (let's workshop this)
I'm crafting my MDM -- new biz, new offer. Would love your input as I'm not exactly following FM protocol 100%. I know that my main currency is increased revenue... But I don't want the metric to be, i.e. "$10-15k in 90 days". I know that's the usual, clear, consise message. The problem is, that concept doesn't jibe with how I show up, and it won't attract the kind of people I like to work with (mid-life professionals who want to work less, earn more, and do good) who value impact (#1) over income (#2). So, while added revenue is still my main currency, I've changed the metric to be less specific: I help mid-life experts, authors, and entrepreneurs earn more and work less in 90 days -- without long email sequences, useless ads, or endless hours of content creation. -- OR -- I help mid-life experts, authors, and entrepreneurs earn more and work less in 90 days -- without an email list, paid ads, or social media. QUESTIONS: 1 - Which version do you think is stronger? 2 - Is there a better way to say the metric? 3 - Have I completely undermined MDM theory by allowing the metric to be more soft/open-ended/self-defined according to the potential client? 4 - Which "-- without..." seems more compelling to you: the one with the benefits (first version), or the one that names the features (second version)? ORRRRRR.... thinking out loud here -- if the #1 value is impact should the currency reflect that? In which case... back to the drawingboard! Thanks for any feedback you feel like giving. 😆 🙏

GW Certified Marketing Consultant Program
Hey everybody -- I've been using the FM method since 2019; scaled my private coaching practice exponentially (and had a lot of fun doing it, thanks, @Aaron Fletcher!). Now, I want to get certified so that I can pivot and help other coaches build their businesses with all the tactics, creativity, and strategy that I've so enjoyed implementing. Question: Has anyone gone through the certification program? I have some questions but can't find any way to contact the GW team for answers. If you have experience with the program and are willing to share your thoughts and answer some questions, please connect with me. Thank you! 🙏😄😄

@Michele Rosenthal position yourself as person who does this ONLY for a particular type of avatar. For example women who want to take their business online. I used speaking to book clients: stages, rooms, workshops, guest speaker, zoom groups. I didn’t have an audience and the fastest way to have income in any field is teaming up with people who need my services for their audience, and profit share. Money talks. Remember that and you’ll grow quickly.

What to do next
I purchased this about 6 months ago (maybe even longer) but I've never gotten very far with this even though I spent a lot of money on here. Where will I find the quick and easy, step-by-step checklist of exactly everything (or the first 25 things) that I need to do, along with the short version of exactly what I need to do to accomplish each step as quickly as possible? I really don't want to sit through that first video again for the third time.

@Darla Besser please go to classroom at the top of the Skool page. You’ll see the first box is labelled Quick Start. If you have any questions or issues, please contact [email protected]
Can't change in the Design Studio
I seem to be missing the editing button in the Design Studio. Once I have created the design I can't delete or change it. What do I do?
