I Stole a Video from Aaron.
Saved it to my hard drive. Straight up. I was genuinely worried @Aaron Fletcher would get taken down and I needed it as a rewatch asset. (LaunchMAPS the section on how to build the Million Dollar Message) Back in the LaunchMaps days (the Growth Works precursor), I kept getting mentally stuck on messaging. Every time I sat down to build something, I hit the same wall. And every time, I'd rewatch that video to unstick myself. Here's what Aaron was really teaching: your messaging has to be the medicine for a bleeding neck problem, plus the real aspiration your prospect already holds. Not the unfelt need only you can see. Not the vitamin they don't know they need. The medicine. The bleeding neck. The aspiration they already want. That sounds simple. It is simple. But push hard to actually find it for your specific prospect, and it pays out year after year. Example from last month and why I'm here grateful. A very savvy client of mine used these fundamentals in a cold email to a $1B company founder. The founder engaged. That thread turned into a $35k/month advisory role. One cold email. One clean message. Built on the exact thing Aaron hammers on in that video. This is why I'm a broken record about nailing this layer first. Once you have it, you can start stacking books like The Challenger Sale and Value Based Fees to take conversations further. Those are extensions, not substitutes. Get the Growth Works offer right first. Everything else builds on that.

What I Learned from Being in GrowthWorks
Someone asked if I use the AI software that comes with the program, and I want to answer publicly: The software won’t help if you don’t apply the principles. Here’s what I’ve learned from Aaron and GrowthWorks that changed everything for me (and this is the short list honestly lol) : 1️⃣ Have a clear step-by-step process. It keeps both you and your audience’s nervous system calm. 2️⃣ Make each step congruent and connected. Meaning, If they skip this, they can’t get that. Clarity sells. 3️⃣ Define the tangible shift. “Feeling better” isn’t enough—what are they doing differently now? 4️⃣ Always add “so that you can…” It turns vague goals into clear outcomes. 5️⃣ Treat sales calls like interviews. You’re not chasing a sale—you’re selecting someone who’s already primed for results. As a full-time metaphysician mentoring mystical entrepreneurs, I’ve realized we need this structure the most. We need structure; measurements, & tangible results more than any other niche in my opinion. Your clients feel better, great. But feel better to do what? Because transformation has evidence of change. So That’s what I learned from GrowthWorks: clarity of sequence & clarity of results. The software won’t help you much if you’re not clear on this. No software will.

Six years ago, I couldn’t even use PowerPoint. I was stuck at the very beginning — unsure how to build, how to teach, and how to turn my calling into something real. I’m launching a coaching program for Christians secretly battling addiction — not through therapy, rehab, or religious fluff… but through a 28-day spiritual emergency framework that actually stabilizes the heart, mind, and spirit. What I’m creating today was birthed in the seed of what I learned here. So if you’re in the early stages, unsure and overwhelmed…Let me say: 👉 The systems work. 👉 Your voice matters. 👉 And if you keep going — you’ll come full circle too. Just wanted to share this moment with the people, @Aaron Fletcher, who unknowingly helped me start it. Let’s build. Let’s serve. Let’s keep going. — Darryl

First Win! First Client: AI RecruiterDNA Accelerater Workshop
Hello everyone, excited to share that I have sold my AI Workshop to a large international company. The first cohort of 17 has purchased my training, and then we will hopefully continue with the rest of the 300+ team. :). I had minor success selling my online course before finding GrowthWork, but I knew I as missing something, which was the Product Roadmap! I have not even completed the entire GW process, but once I was happy with my roadmap, I gained the confidence to start sharing on social media and with my network. Still have a lot to learn, but getting a win sure changes things. Now, my training and workshop are no longer "something I'm working on" to I have 10k in sales.
