Offer/MDM Feedback
Hey team. I'll appreciate your feedback on this messaging: "I help Shopify owners make 50% more profit in 90 days without reducing expenses." Intriguing? REVISED: "I help e-commerce entrepreneurs stuck at a 6-figure plateau double their profits in 3-6 months using a Data-Driven Growth Process—without extra work, relying on guesswork, or higher marketing spend, so they can finally break through and achieve predictable growth." Opinions welcome!

@Jay Storm "I help e-commerce entrepreneurs stuck at a 6-figure plateau double their profits in 3-6 months using a Data-Driven Growth Process—without extra work, relying on guesswork, or higher marketing spend, so they can finally break through and achieve predictable growth." How about that now?

Revised MDM help
I am trying to nail my messaging/offer for my audience and after some conversations with industry insiders and after digging into their pain and their wants I now came up with this refined my message. But first some updated background info for context: This audience are worried about where their next client/projects is going to come from after the one they are working on will finish (they working one at a time) and usually get new projects from referrals or from asking other partners for any spare projects which makes them feel unsecure and dependent. What they want is constant utilization of their staff and machines and avoid idle times between projects (which may even last several months..). So the new offer I came up with is: I help small industrial plant engineering companies implement a system that finds their next client for them in less than 30 days (…without dependencies, costly idle times, or additional overhead costs) and be constantly utilized. What do you think?
Help with Currency
I'm working on my new audience and their core problem is "irregular revenue". Now I'm trying to chose a currency based on following facts that I know about them: - They don't have the capacity to work on many projects since these are small engineering offices working on big projects for big manufacturing plants that can take many months. - They want to avoid the "famine" gap that occurs when a project ends - During the project they can't do client acquisition That means I can't just say 3 more clients/month or anything like that. It's more about having a steady flow of clients/projects (filled pipeline) or clients on demand. But I'm not sure how to translate that into something measurable. What I actually offer them right now is generate clients on automation / a client generation system. But that doesn't sound like a measurable currency.. What do you think? And how would you formulate a suitable MDM?

@Dennis Jones That was very eye opening. Unblocked a lot and gave me a new perspective. Thank you very much. I still would like to have something more solid as a currency though instead of a percentage which is easier for them to picture it. Something that feels like they could literally pick it up and walk out of my office with it. Any idea?
MDM/Perfect Offer Messaging Audit please
Hi. I came up with following messaging alternatives below and would appreciate some feedback: "I help automation companies, plant engineering firms and B2B companies in the industry sector generate 3x more clients every month without additional overhead costs or additional time investment" "I help automation companies, plant engineering firms and B2B companies in the industry sector constantly generate 3 clients a month in 90 days over the Internet without additional overhead costs or time wasting marketing efforts" "I help automation companies, plant engineering firms and B2B companies in the industry sector generate as many clients in 90 days as they do in a year without additional overhead costs or additional time investment" "I help automation companies, plant engineering firms and B2B companies in the industry sector increase their revenue by 50% in 6 months without additional overhead costs or more stress" Thanks in advance..

@Dennis Jones Thanks Dennis. Yes it's lengthy, but maybe that's because I wanted to include all variables (based on Aaron's MDM Formula) to help you understand everything that the offer includes. Of course it should be trimmed according to how it will be used. The guarantee is a good idea, I could maybe add that in my copy. Which ofthese do you think sound more appealing and sounds more like a quick win (and which currency: clients or revenue)? Target group are german industrial companies that build systems and automations for factories and who are trying to tackle the dropping sales but are still using old school B2B sales methods.
MDM Feedback
Hey community. So I'm working on a new niche and this is the Message I came up with: "I help B2B businesses selling complex products whose sales is dropping start generating clients online without complicated & intimidating B2B digital marketing strategies and 2x their sales in 6 months" How does it sound? ****** UPDATED ******** I help B2B businesses who are selling complex products via traditional B2B channels transition to generating clients over the internet but without complicated & overwhelming B2B marketing strategies and constantly add another 50% to their revenue per year so they can stop worrying about being left behind in this rapidly changing digital market. ***** Additional sub-problems: - B2B buyer behavior/buying culture has changed and leads & new customers acquisition has become more difficult - Digital world is developing rapidly - feeling of being left behind - Afraid that they are losing potential customers to competition due to their lack of online marketing knowledge/activities and they have no control over it - B2B Marketing too complicated - and it intimidates them  Any thoughts welcome. Thanks.

@Dennis Jones Thanks Dennis. And I checked your MDM. Really good. I will go through that checklist and try to get more precise.e back with an Update. Right now I'm trying to start conversations with real people/companies that fit into what I'm trying to offer and find out their painpoints + who are my best target audiences (among B2B businesses). I just tried to keep that part of the message broader to be more problem centric than customer centric like Aaron suggests..
