Day 14 done. The back of my upper legs are not so happy with the work out but they'll get over it. The twists too have been fun. Thanks for all this Russ. It's been a good start to each morning once I get through all my emails. Now time for a shower. Cheers.

And a big thank you from me for being part of it 😊 As mentioned, the biggest focus of the challenge is dedicating some time to deliberate movement, every day for 14 days. If you achieved this you should be proud of yourself 👏 It sounds easy, but in practice, life throws up many challenges. If this happened and you picked things straight back, rather than giving up, you should be very proud of yourself. I know many of you found progress but I'd really love to hear how you got on. Any wins? Noticeable challenges you now know where to focus? Anything that I can do better? Let us know in the comments 👇 Some of you are still working on it, keep going! And if you missed it, the challenge is available forever under challenges. I'd love to hear how you find it.

Thanks Russ. The surprising thing for me is that the weight on the scales is dropping and I today needed a belt to stop my trousers from slipping off. I think those twisting exercises towards the end of the 14 days programme is something I will keep doing. And the leg (above the ground) movements too in the 90/90 position. Thanks again.
