As mentioned, the biggest focus of the challenge is dedicating some time to deliberate movement, every day for 14 days. If you achieved this you should be proud of yourself 👏
It sounds easy, but in practice, life throws up many challenges. If this happened and you picked things straight back, rather than giving up, you should be very proud of yourself.
