DND/No Follow Up
For the voice agents if someone says they are not interested or they will call when they are ready does the agent know not to follow up? I'm following Jorden's calling snapshot for my voice agents. If it doesn't how can i set that up?

@Matteo Polsinelli here is my tool brother, you should be able to import it. And yes, please add the F words. I have had people say these to our bots and then don’t get removed. Better safe than sorry. Add Tag Tool: DNC Tool ID: 1772946241628x700058987746820100 Tag: dnc Call this tool whenever the user wants to be permanently removed from all future contact or communications. Trigger this if the user communicates they: want to be removed from the list, never want to be contacted again, are opting out permanently, want calls or texts stopped, or express a firm final opt-out. Include both direct and indirect phrases indicating permanent removal. Example trigger phrases: "Remove me from the list." "Stop calling me." "Don't contact me again." "Take me off your list." "Unsubscribe me." "Never contact me again." "Stop texting me." "Leave me alone." "I'm not interested, remove me." "Fuck off." "Fuck you." "What the fuck."
Hubspot Integration & Telephony-As-A-Service
we've got it working in hubspot and salesforce via a native caller and SMS provider with us. This is for AI use and non-AI use. At my last role, we used hubspot and paid 5 figures to a company just to make calls - crazy... And, we get a lot of requests to decouple / ingest other CRMs etc. etc. So, we put a lot of time into re-thinking how we built the platform and where we need to be for you and our clients. So, the reason a lot of this is taking forever is because we are focusing on building from ground up for modular tech that is built to scale and easy to integrate. So, we have full A2P, telephony controls, and sub-account connection to hubspot with FULL 2-WAY SYNC - shortly after salesforce, fub and others. this should come shortly after front end migration and on sister-platforms shortly after.

Transfer patch (voicemail detection) & inbound calls showing as inbound
Inbound calls are showing as inbound in GoHighLevel and outbound calls are showing as outbound - instead of all being outbound. If you are having trouble with transfer's, we have voicemail detection on it - we added an option where you can turn it on and off depending on your usecase. - If its on, and we hit a voicemail on transfer - the assistant will return back to the call and let the user know that it hit voicemail. However, this may trip up as being marked as voicemail for VOIP round robins or queues so it may not be the best in that use case. - If it off, we will just send the call through. This is best if you are calling to a queue / roundrobin / apple inteillgence where we think that we are hitting a voicemail but really arent. --- Dev sprint to day so patches flying in
