How do I reactivate archived sub-accounts?

Hello everyone, I am new to using assistable but so far it has been great. I am running into an issue that whenever it is booking an appointment/creating a contact it is deleting previous contacts. I have no workflows that would execute an action like this so I am very confused. Open to any insights and help, thank you!

Is Assistable able to take payment over voice chat? For example, charging $50 for a consultation that must be pre-paid.
