How do you guys get around the agent using the merger field name outloud? My previous logic is not working very well: 1. Calling tool silently 2. Adding logic for custom fields that do not resolve, to ignore them - but for some reason it does not detect that the information in the custom field and sometimes would just use the name of it.

Since last Thursday our voice AI agents went completely off and I’ve seen many of you had the same with GPT-4o. It was perfect before, but suddenly made our AI unusable. I waited until today, then decided to rebuild. After a few hours of refinement I’m now getting the best results with GPT-4.1 Nano. Still not as good as 4o used to be, but workable. And AI no longer speaks tools or actions out loud. Anything above 4.1 Nano didn’t work for me.

Hi everyone, I noticed using the multi calendar matrix is not pulling information from the calendar, I have copied the correct calendar IDs and checked and also checked the sync of it but still says on voice agent that it wasn't able to pull information from the calendar. Any tips and tricks to make this work with voice agents? Haven't tested with text agent yet...

This post is just to help the community. For those who'd like to use AI to answer missed calls instead of them going to voicemail.
