End of Week Reflection
I can't believe it is Friday already, I have no idea where this week has gone. I have though managed to get a lot of stuff done and feel like my weekend can be focused on the things I want to do and not the things I have to do. How has your week gone? Have you achieved the things you set out to do?

Nice work, enjoy your time! My week was rough but I'm feeling much better physically. Turns out that I've been needing some exercise to be in good shape in the evenings.
Self-care challenge
I'm meditating as much as possible with the goal to do it daily. I need a regular practice to keep myself at my best. I've been back in an on/off practice for the past couple months and I've noticed that when I meditate, life is a lot easier! I'm more hopeful, cheerful, patient and loving. But there is something else as well. I'm wanting do so some of the dark stuff, the inner work I've been avoiding. I know I need time of stillness, of reflection to start to process some of that old stuff that I'm so used to suppressing. Even with all the busyness of life, I know I can and will make time for this. šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø

@Kay Sanders Thank you for your kind words! Oh yes, compassion will help. I'm ready to feel the feelings. Answering that call from within to look at what I've not wanted to.

1. Meeting a client and being present with her. 2. I barely have been able to keep up but I got my podcast out on time this week! 3. Struggling with making content recently. Ideas haven't been flowing, passion isn't there.

@Mercedes Aspland Must be the season! We'll bounce back.
Self care challenge
I decided that for self care I am scheduling rest days. No social media. No posting, writing, etc. I am taking the time for relaxation, meditation, maybe a little dancing. Definitely grounding and journaling. I'm finding that neurodivergence demands it. I am finding that at my age, in menopause, I am too easily getting into overload. When life changes happen, it's time to recognize that what used to work, no longer does. The pushing and giving only got me in a place of burnout. Now I'm relearning who I am and checking in with my body, nervous system and emotions. I am dialoging with ego, inner child and shadow. Working together to regulate, heal and integrate. Rest is self love healing self care.

Wow, so happy for you that you are prioritizing rest! It's very easy to ignore our needs in a hustle culture. You are setting boundaries and growing for it, an amazing choice for yourself and for all us that benefit from you being you. šŸ’›
BTS - Day 1 - Self Care Challenge
This month I started an evergreen challenge in my other group called The Reliable Calm Challenge. The aim is to practice some form of Nervous System Regulation most days. I am committed to taking this time for me and not just practicing but reflecting on how it feels to do the practice. I would like to notice a lower baseline for my stress levels by the end of the month and also to have developed a regular practice. I might not update you everyday for this challenge but I will let you know how things are going and my general stress levels. I'm really looking forward to doing this with you

Way to take follow up on that data you found with your ring last month. It blew my mind how subtle stress can be when we are used to it. You got this!
