Day 24 - Visibility Challenge
We’re getting so close to the finish line! 🎉 By now, you’ve likely started to notice the benefits of these daily tasks – more interaction, better visibility, and growing confidence. Let’s keep that momentum going with today’s task. Here’s what to do: 1️⃣ Create a fun, simple challenge for your audience. 2️⃣ Ask them to participate and share their response on their own profiles, tagging you in the process. For example: - “What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? Share it and tag me!” ✨ - “Post a picture of your favorite self-care activity and tag me!” 🛀 - “Share your top tip for staying motivated and tag me!” 💪 Once they post, engage with their responses. Add comments, start conversations, and keep the interaction flowing. This is a great way to boost visibility, deepen your connections with your audience, and encourage others to share your challenge, expanding your reach. 🌱 Let us know what challenge you created and how your audience responded. Can’t wait to hear all about it! 🌟 See you tomorrow for Day 25! 😊

Day 24 - Visibility Challenge
Day 12, I'm definitely behind, but it is done.
Video made and posted as a podcast, youtube clip, still need to make it into shorts, but that will get done. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9braU4Ar_5g There is already 4 views so hopefully I've done better with my seo too.
Day 23 - Visibility Challenge
We’re getting so close to the finish line, and today is all about adding real value for your audience! 😊 Here’s your task: 1️⃣ Share three tips, recommendations, or pieces of useful information with your audience. 2️⃣ It can be big or small – whatever feels right for you and your niche. Some ideas to inspire you: - Your three favorite books related to your field. 📚 - Three tips to help your audience achieve a specific goal (e.g., yoga, mindfulness, personal growth). 🌱 - Three tools or resources you love and recommend. 🛠️ The key is to make it helpful and actionable, so your audience feels like they’ve gained something valuable from you today. Post it on your main social media profile, and if you’d like, share it here in the group too. Let us know what you decided to share and how it was received. You’re doing amazing, keep going! 🌟 See you tomorrow for Day 24! 😊 👉Catch up with previous days HERE

Day 23 - Visibility Challenge
Day 21 Book Recommendation
I recently listened to a great book that holds a key insight for quitting smoking: Standing on the Edge: Finding Freedom Where Fear and Courage Meet by Joan Halifax. It talks about the importance of boundaries and thresholds, which is crucial during the identity shift of quitting. The quality that resonated most with me from the book was empathetic distress. This happens when you get lost in someone else's emotions and can't regulate or come back to your own center. This was a huge part of my addiction. I didn't know how to disconnect from others' needs and create space for myself, other than by smoking. In a twisted way, that cigarette felt like my me time. It was the only moment I put myself ahead of everyone else. Logically, smoking makes no sense, but emotionally, it met a need. This book guides you to find a healthy balance with even seemingly good qualities like empathy or compassion. You can create true, lasting boundaries without harming yourself. Check out this book! It's so important to explore this self-understanding to quit in a lasting and meaningful way.
