Self-care challenge
I'm meditating as much as possible with the goal to do it daily. I need a regular practice to keep myself at my best. I've been back in an on/off practice for the past couple months and I've noticed that when I meditate, life is a lot easier! I'm more hopeful, cheerful, patient and loving.
But there is something else as well. I'm wanting do so some of the dark stuff, the inner work I've been avoiding. I know I need time of stillness, of reflection to start to process some of that old stuff that I'm so used to suppressing. Even with all the busyness of life, I know I can and will make time for this. 🧘‍♀️
