This month I started an evergreen challenge in my other group called The Reliable Calm Challenge. The aim is to practice some form of Nervous System Regulation most days. I am committed to taking this time for me and not just practicing but reflecting on how it feels to do the practice. I would like to notice a lower baseline for my stress levels by the end of the month and also to have developed a regular practice.
I might not update you everyday for this challenge but I will let you know how things are going and my general stress levels.
