@Ben B it looks like you are trying to use an API Key and missing the Authorization part.
Charges of Voice Mail
Hi Team, Iโ€™m a bit stuck and need some clarification. Could you please explain why voicemail charges are being applied? I had selected the option to detect voicemail and end the call, but my calls are still going to voicemail and the system continues to charge me. Can you help me understand why this is happening and advise me on how I can reduce these charges?

@Marc-Andre Laframboise I'll let others chime in on this but I do know most platforms such as Twilio charge for "stored" voicemails. Are you saving all your voicemails that are inbound? Your screenshot doesn't show everything. I'd look into that. Most don't charge any extra for leaving them, just the minutes used.

Got another real estate agent paying me a 10% marketing fee on the backend. He runs ads all the time but isn't getting good quality. So, we are taking over running his ads for him and powering them with our high intent search data. He already has our full AI system that will work the leads, this was just a nice little upsell after 2 months. Average commission in the area is $8,000. My marketing fee = $800 per closed deal.

@Luis Garibay the only issue some will have with this is the fact they are NOT a licensed real estate agent, clearly you are if you're receiving commissions for referrals. Anytime the marketing fee is a percentage of the commission earned, it's a referral commission per real estate law, therefore you must be licensed.

SMS Follow Up with Customer | Best Approach?
I am trying to figure out the best way to have the AI follow up on SMS if the customer doesn't respond. I did it with a workflow on GHL + Tag tool calling and adds follow up tag if they don't respond, but I mean it's not perfect cause sometimes it will follow up even though the conversation is done. Any suggestions?

@Karl Brussolo @Hari Prathap Balamurugan If I understand your question/reply to the question...Why not just have a wait step set to "Contact Reply", set the "Timeout" for the desired follow-up outbound call, and if they reply, the call won't be made. No tag needed, unless that's the way you're bringing them into the workflow.
