Why are all the numbers we purchase spammed? I remember an update was supposed be done a while back where numbers wont be spammy numbers if bought from assitbale, we even verified the, with all registries and still spam.. We have like over a dozen numbers new that are spammed with barely any calls.

Hey @everyone I was working with @Jorden Williams this week and thanks to his work on the back end we were able to test some things out, and it appears that through testing a fix was achieved. Jorden is going to be pushing it out today, but you can get the outbound voices working properly by switching the assistant voice to one of the Rime voices or Marissa, which has been completely rebuilt. I have only tested this with the Twilio SIP Trunking configuration at this time, but Jorden assured me that it should also work with natively purchased numbers. Please test and confirm that this resolves the issue for you with your assistants as the update gets pushed out. Finally, I was told that the 5 second dead air issue at the beginning of the call is going to be patched out on Friday.

The Bots have stopped leaving VM. Has anyone else noticed this? For the last 3 weeks, they hangup when it should leave a VM.

@Jorden Williams There is a major bug with voices leading to it not following prompts. All agents sound different, like robots and not the usual. They are speaking in custom values, hanging up calls, and not leaving VM. We opened a ticket and no response. I see other threads like this.. Can we please get an update.
