Charges of Voice Mail

Hi Team,

I’m a bit stuck and need some clarification. Could you please explain why voicemail charges are being applied? I had selected the option to detect voicemail and end the call, but my calls are still going to voicemail and the system continues to charge me.

Can you help me understand why this is happening and advise me on how I can reduce these charges?
