SMS Follow Up with Customer | Best Approach?
I am trying to figure out the best way to have the AI follow up on SMS if the customer doesn't respond. I did it with a workflow on GHL + Tag tool calling and adds follow up tag if they don't respond, but I mean it's not perfect cause sometimes it will follow up even though the conversation is done. Any suggestions?
