The Science of Sleep Peptides & Neuroinflammation(Semax, DSIP, Epitalon)
Sleep isn’t passive recovery it’s a cellular recalibration. And if you're not sleeping deeply, your mitochondria, immune system, and brain aren’t clearing debris, regulating inflammation, or consolidating memory efficiently. Enter: Sleep peptides—not sedatives, but neurobiological modulators that repair signaling patterns upstream of symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, poor REM, and sleep fragmentation. Let’s break down the 3 most compelling tools: 1. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) - Primary action: Normalizes sleep architecture and promotes deep non-REM sleep - Mechanism: Reduces corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), dampens HPA axis hyperactivity, improves hypothalamic GABA tone - Bonus: Acts on mitochondrial protection and glymphatic clearance - When to use: Difficulty staying asleep, nervous system overdrive, parasympathetic insufficiency 2. Semax - Primary action: Neuroprotective and cognitive-enhancing, especially under stress - Mechanism: Boosts BDNF, modulates dopamine/serotonin, reduces neuroinflammation via NRF2 and antioxidant pathways - Bonus: Promotes resilience under oxidative stress - When to use: Brain fog, mood swings, post-infection fatigue, circadian mismatch 3. Epitalon (Epithalamin analog) - Primary action: Normalizes circadian rhythm via pineal gland restoration - Mechanism: Increases melatonin, reduces oxidative damage, supports telomerase activity, improves pineal peptide signaling - Bonus: Supports SIRT1 and FOXO3a longevity genes - When to use: Chronically poor sleep timing, aging-related rhythm disruption, neuroinflammation Big Picture:These aren’t “knock-you-out” tools like sedatives. They restore signaling fidelity—allowing your body to re-enter deep sleep states and modulate inflammatory and redox pathways during sleep. Want to try them? Stacking depends on your redox state, inflammation load, and circadian integrity. Drop a comment and share your favorite sleep stack.

So I have to clients that have a problem getting to sleep and staying asleep , So what I understand from what you said is to start good sunlight exposure in the mornings and then have her try one of the 3 peptides you mentioned above and my understanding would be DSIP initially for her situation and then posssibly add on another like epithalon as stack but start low and go slow now one of them has migraines so with them Semax may be used to helped with the neuro protective inflammation?
The Ketone Playbook: My Go-To Protocols + Live Q&A
🚀 Ketones = Game Changer. This is the thread where I’ll drop my go-to ketone protocols ⚡️ and YOU can fire away with any questions. 💬 Comment your experiences, hacks, and questions below—let’s build the ultimate ketone resource together. 👀 Webinar coming soon… stay tuned. Practical Dosing Blueprints 1.Pre-Workout Protocol (Performance & Focus) Goal: Elevate ketones, buffer acidosis, support hydration & glucose supply. - Hydration: 500–750ml water + electrolytes (sodium 500–1000mg, potassium 200–400mg). - Bicarbonate: 0.3 g/kg sodium bicarbonate (~20g for 70kg athlete), dissolved in water. Take 90–120 min before session to minimize GI upset. - Trehalose (Carbohydrate): 15–25g as slow-release carb for sustained glycogen supply. - Ketone Ester (D-BHB/1,3-BD): 15–25ml (~7–12g KE) 10–15 min pre-warmup. Effect: Dual-fuel system (glucose + BHB), reduced acidosis, enhanced mental focus . 2.Intra-Workout Endurance Protocol Goal: Sustain metabolic efficiency, prevent bonk, extend time-to-exhaustion. - Every 60 min: Trehalose or isomaltulose: 20–30g (slow carb). Ketone Ester: 10–15ml (~5–7g KE). - Optional: electrolyte top-up (sodium/potassium). Effect: Preserves glycogen, stabilizes glucose, sustains BHB 1–3 mM . 3.Post-Workout Recovery Protocol Goal: Accelerate glycogen resynthesis, repair, and inflammation control. - Protein: 20–30g whey or EAAs. - Carbs: 40–60g high-GI glucose or maltodextrin. - Ketone Ester: 20–30ml (~10–15g KE), taken 30–45 min post-exercise (separate from carb/protein drink for maximal signaling). - Trehalose: Add 10–15g if training volume is very high or glycogen depleted. Effect: 50% faster glycogen replenishment, stronger mTOR activation, reduced inflammation . 4.Sleep Recovery Protocol (Athletes) Goal: Deep recovery, improve next-day performance. - Ketone Ester: 2.5–10ml (~1–5g KE) immediately before bed. - Optional: Magnesium glycinate/threonate for additional relaxation.

So when we order a 3 pack , is it a variety pack or did we need to decide which of the 3 types listed above , ie maintain repair or therapeutic? Thanks

@Anthony Castore Awesome I ll put in an order for next week , I ll send a message
Wobenzym and Medizym
Hoping the team can help out on this. After @Anthony Castore brought up Wobenzym last night I did some research and am now looking to purchase some, however it seems Wobenzym and the same formula under the Medizym name are sold out everywhere. II even placed one order with a company and today was issued a refund because they don't know when they'll get stock. If by chance anyone knows where I can pick this up I'd be greatful - looking to add it in for some help with a very slowly recovering elbow bursitis situation.

The Coach’s Protocol — Pulling Back the Curtain
The members have spoke and I listened....Most coaches talk about principles. Some share theory. Very few show you exactly what they do themselves. about to change that. I’m opening up my personal playbook, the protocol I run on myself, to show you how I structure my training, nutrition, supplementation, peptides, and recovery strategies to stay at the top of my game. This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” plan. It’s the real system I use, built from: - Lab data and cellular feedback loops - Peptide science and mitochondrial optimization - Periodized training matched to performance goals - Nutrition timing dialed to physiology, not fads You’ll see the exact tools, dosages, timing, and reasoning I use and how I adjust based on metrics, recovery, and results. If you’ve ever wondered how a coach integrates the science into a living, breathing system… this is your chance to see it in action. Drop a 🔥 below if you want to see the full breakdown of The Coach’s Protocol.I will likely do this as a webinar. Let me know your thoughts who would be interested in seeing this to kick off our monthly case study feature.
