Breakfast feast
Post workout fuel. I have been loading up on carbs to keep my milk supply so I have been going over. I haven't changed my macros, but i am adding anywhere between 300-500 calories more just because of nursing and pumping. I feel like a milk machine over here lol. Happy Monday!

Zero tracking this weekend & too many adult beverages last night.. my body reminded me all day that bad decisions were made!! But tomorrow I’m kicking off “30 hard” 😅 30 days of 75 hard basically.. I’m dipping my toes in the water before I take a dive!
