When we think of thriving and getting results, we often jump straight to the big stuff—the large-scale changes, body composition shifts, dramatic transformations. But as we continue to focus on the EFFORT—learning to see the beauty in the small, sometimes messy steps—I want to shout out a few of our community members/clients today 👏✨ @Shelia Bolick — I see you sharing more, and that is truly admirable. Being raw and real, putting in the work and EFFORT to show up not only for you but to help others… that is exactly what we’re all about. @Lisa Browning — a recovering perfectionist 😉 who entered this current challenge with the intention of getting uncomfortable and not just checking all the boxes for the sake of it. That awareness is growth. @Christina Lynch — a newer friend who is putting in the work for HER, even while navigating a new season of life with schooling back on her plate. That matters. @Katie Blankenship — leading and sharing all the value she’s getting from P&E on social, inspiring others to join the Skool community, start Thrive30 workouts, and take advantage of nutrition tracking and other tools. She’s doing the doing—and feeling the benefits. @Kat Olsen & @Katelyn Hitchcock — for starting your journeys. Starting is the hardest part, as we know. Taking that first step can feel incredibly challenging because it means opening yourself up to new. And new can be scary. New is unfamiliar. I know there's many of you putting in the work so let's keep the momentum going, comment and tag someone in our community showing up and inspiring you! ✨ As a reminder: when something is new, you should feel nervous—that’s normal. One of the best things I’ve read recently says: “When you get nervous because you’re doing something new and your heart beats faster, that’s your body internally applauding you for growing.”
