Mindset Monday is happening in 20 hours
Sunday reflection!
Hey thrivers! How are we doing?? How are we reflecting? How are we setting ourselves up for success? - my nutrition hasn’t been 100% dialed but I have successfully gone 7 days without ice cream 🤣 - A reminder PROGRESS and consistency over intensity!! Scale down 2.3 lbs in 4 weeks, muscle mass up by .9lbs, body fat down by 3.8lbs 😎, BF% down by 2.6%, BMR up (aka metabolism optimization improving!) - Things I did well this past week protein, Whole Foods, movement, though steps and running hasn’t been where I wanted them to be BUT I AM OK WITH IT. My business took the front seat! - Things I WANT to focus more on water, less muffins and breads, because I want to 👏🏻 bachelorette party in June I want to be the smokeshow sober old lady 🤣 💃
Weekends are still days that end in DAY
Weekends count. structure to a degree is key. I slept in but I still schedule my cardio in. I slept in but I still track my food (use the time while I enjoy coffee to do this, protein coffee duh!) I have household chores but I will still film Thrive30 I get to play more with Charlie yay! I will still work on work. I have the kids sporting events but I planned and packed a cooler and if we have to stop at fast food I know how to still set myself up for success. (Use the guides!) How are you treating yourself? This dinner has been on repeat because it’s SO good but I’ve also wanted bread. So know what I did, I had bread! 😎 Lifestyle!
