Shouting out one of my newer clients, @Allie Patton !!! 👏🔥 This mama of TWO came to P&E about 1.5 months ago after her twin sister (okay… still a little jealous 😂) shared us with her. I am struggling....
Full transparency on this THRIVING TUESDAY! I am struggling and thriving — yes, both at the same time! I’m struggling to maintain and keep up with my standards — posting daily, getting ahead on Thrive30 filming, cleaning my house, and spending quality time with the kids (especially Charlie). I share this not for pity but for relatability. I also ate a chocolate chip cookie yesterday… and a donut hole… even though I told myself I wouldn’t. 🍪 But I say I am thriving and struggling because I also: ✔ Got my training in yesterday ✔ Prioritized sleep ✔ Kept up with my March March steps (even with some missed days!) ✔ Hit my protein ✔ Maintained my caloric deficit If you feel this, know you are not alone. @Katherine Staines its wild how different seasons bring different struggles and were like how the heck could i do all this (with ease) previously???? One task at a time, or sit with it and remind yourself who you are!! You will get back to it!

@Melinda McNair so proud of you for showing up on those hard mornings! I know that feeling (though I know different as we never know each others shoes) of stress from others and actions we cannot control, you hit it right on the head we cannot allow others to interfere because you are SPOT ON, allowing that really is just us HURTING ourselves. SO thankful for this wisdom Melinda and YOU!!! One action, one attitude and mindset shift at a time. thank you
Failed but still won!
Welp.. going to fail today, without keeping myself up all night peeing I will not get my gallon in.. today was about my mom & doing things with her, which I ill prepared for water wise, totally on me.. oh well, she had an amazing day, she’s not getting any younger, isn’t all that healthy, so I’ll take these days while I can & I’ll restart tomorrow! So despite failing my “30 hard” today, I still won! Mommas smile says it all! 🥰
