My journey this far…
Hey friend Here is a review of what my goals were when I decided that I had enough of all the excuses and I was going to start and do something about myself. In June I was 180lbs(81.65kg) I felt gross, didn’t have energy to do anything and was getting really depressed. I decided after many videos from Darren that I was going to reach out and I’m so glad I did. My main goal was to loose 40 lbs and be 140 in 6 months. I also wanted to build muscle because I didn’t want to be just a smaller version of myself. I wanted to be healthier so I could be there for my family. I started tracking my meals and drinking water everyday. I also went for walks at least 7K a day. I started doing workouts 3 times a week. The hardest part for me was getting my 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I had to be accountable for myself, my actions or lack there of. If things were not working it was probably because I was not listening. I’m 6 months I lost the 40 lbs and more and I’m working on building muscles and dropping body fat. I would love to get a professional photo shoot when I’m happy with my results. It would be a reminder of my achievements.

Hey everyone! 👋My name is Glenn, and I’m currently based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I work remotely as a productivity coach, marketer, and community builder. I’m also a good friend of Darren’s and went through the Breakthrough Body Blueprint myself in 2024, where I lost 10+ kg (about 23 lbs). More importantly, I’m someone who’s walked the path and now loves helping others do the same. My journey started while recovering from a serious Achilles rupture from a tennis injury. During that time, I gained weight and felt pretty disconnected from my body. In the past, I relied on intermittent fasting and extreme diets to lose weight, but I knew I wanted something more sustainable this time around. What Breakthrough Body gave me wasn’t just fat loss — it was awareness, structure, and confidence. Through tracking, planning, and building discipline, I was able to regain my strength and return to the sport I truly love… trail running! 🏔️ I’m here because I’ve witnessed so many incredible transformations — from friends, family, and people inside this community — and it genuinely excites me to help someone else realize their own. 🗓️ One thing I strongly believe in is that consistency starts with control of your calendar. If you can create space for the habits that matter, everything else gets easier — and I’d love to support in any way. 🚴‍♂️ Outside of this community, you’ll usually find me running or cycling in the mountains. Being able to do what I love at a high level at 36 years old is what brings me the most joy right now. Really excited to be here and support you all on your journey 💙

Protein Overnight Oats! 💪
This is the easiest way to get protein, energizing carbs, and a solid amount of fiber in the morning. I eat this EVERY SINGLE morning without fail even when I'm not training. The best part? You can make a bunch and store them in the fridge for the week. Ingredients: - 60gr of rolled oats - 100ml almond milk (I use one that's sweetened with cane sugar) - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - Topping - 100gr of mixed frozen berries Tips: - Play around with the quantities to fit your preference - Use less/more almond milk for the texture - You can use any dairy you like (I use almond milk because it's lower in calories and it tastes great 😄) - Use any flavor of whey you want (I've used chocolate and strawberry before, but vanilla is my favorite) - Plant protein works too, I just haven't tried. - Add low fat / no fat Greek yogurt if you want to bump up the protein! Method: - Pour almond milk into a glass container - Then the scoop of protein powder - Mix well with a spoon or mixer - Dump oats in and mix well again - Make sure all oats are covered in milk - Top with berries - Place it in the fridge overnight. That's it! Comment if you enjoyed it!👇
